1) How can you sell your Chocolate Truffles at such low prices?

When you buy from Chocolate Gourmet Truffles, you are buying directly from the manufacturer and we have the finest Chocolate Truffles directly made. As a result, we not only eliminate the middleman, but we also eliminate the gigantic profits that most other companies build into their high prices when they sell similar style chocolates truffles. Since we have our own product at our wholesale, we pass the savings directly onto our customers.

2) Are the Chocolate Truffles shown on your website entirely handmade?

We guarantee that all of our Chocolate Truffles are entirely handmade from start to finish by our Chief Master Chocolatier Daniela Eggers. She is a former graduated Nutritionist and have years of experience making chocolate truffles. Our Chocolate Truffles are NEVER machine generated.

 3) How do I place an order? Chocolate Gourmet Truffles gives you four easy and convenient options to place an order from our huge in-stock inventory of exquisite handmade Chocolate Truffles. Read more about: Methods of Ordering

4) Do you charge Sales Tax? There is no sales tax charged on orders to customers located outside the State of Michigan. Customers located within the State of Michigan are charged sales tax of 6%.

5) Are the Chocolate Truffles delivered wrapped? All of our Chocolate Truffles are shipped wrapped. Our Shipping Department carefully wraps the chocolate truffles and packs it in a protective paper box wrap or if you choose in a beautiful gift box and we put inside of a paper shipping box with a lot of chipped paper or chipped foam. This method of shipment is the industry standard for the safest transport of chocolate truffles, so as to ensure that the chocolates will not be damaged during shipment.

 6) Is ordering online safe and secure? Chocolate Gourmet Truffles ensures you will have a safe and secure online shopping experience. Your privacy and protection are our top priorities! We only utilize state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption on our website that protects your payment information and prevents unauthorized people from intercepting your data. Upon entering our check-out section, your browser will display the icon or symbol of a locked padlock at the bottom of your computer screen. This is a safety symbol that assures you that your payment information is being transferred securely.

8) Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and military addresses?


Yes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and military addresses will ship by USPS Parcel Post. Priority/expedited shipping upgrades are available by special request - email us at SAC@ChocolateGourmetTruffles.com  either before or immediately after placing an order for a shipping upgrade/quote. NOTE: items that say "UPS Ground only" in the product description cannot be shipped to these locations.

9) How will my order be shipped? Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped by UPS Ground or USPS from our location in Michigan, within 24-48 hours of order placement. Delays may be experienced during peak holiday season. Many larger items will maybe delay a little bit more the shipping.  As a result, some orders will ship in more than one part. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, a PO Box or an APO/FPO address ship by USPS Parcel Post (items that ship by "UPS Ground only" are not available to these customers). Other, faster shipment options are available by special request. Email us at  SAC@ChocolateGourmetTruffles.com either before or immediately after placing an order for a shipping upgrade/quote. Orders shipping to Canada ship by First Class if under 4 lbs, and Priority International if heavier.

 10) When can I expect my order to arrive? Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Delays may be experienced during peak holiday season. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending upon the distance from Michigan. Orders shipping by UPS Ground generally arrive within 2-5 business days. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, which may be used to track your package's progress at www.ups.com. Orders shipping by USPS Parcel Post (APO/FPO/PO Box/Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico) take 3-6 business days within the lower 48 states, longer for others. Priority Mail (available by special request) takes 2-3 business days to US addresses and 6-10 days for military and Canadian addresses.

 11) Where is my order? Every order that we ship has a tracking number (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) that can be used to track down a delinquent package. For UPS Ground packages, you will receive a UPS tracking number when the order ships. You can go to www.ups.com and input the tracking number to check the status of your package and also find it's expected delivery date. If your package was sent through the US Postal Service, and you are concerned that it has not yet arrived, contact us and we can use the delivery confirmation number to help track it down.

12) What if something is damaged or defective when it arrives? Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to report any broken or defective items. If an item is damaged during shipment or defective on arrival, save all packaging and contact us immediately to have it replaced free of charge. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will pay the return shipping.

 13) Can I return something? If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, undamaged and complete items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

14) Can I cancel an order? Yes, an order may be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

15) Do you gift wrap? If you are planning to send a gift to someone let us know and we can wrap it for you! We do recognize the fact that many orders are shipped directly to gift recipients. We Therefore, we never show prices or totals on the forms that are sent with the order*. The buyer's name and billing address appear on the packing slip, so the recipient can see who it is from. *The exception being international orders, in which case, item prices and totals must be shown

16) Can I order by phone?
Certainly. Call us at (231) 670-1233, anytime Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time. If you reach a recording, means that we are already attending another costumer, so please leave a message and we'll get back to you.

 17) Can I order by mail or fax? Yes (US customers only). You may print a copy of our order form, fill it out and mail it in to: Chocolate Gourmet Truffles - 6890 Westshire Dr, Norton Shores, MI, 49444 , or fax it at any time to (231) 7981579. Check the box by your payment choice - you may use a credit card, enclose a check or money order, request a Paypal invoice or use a purchase order.  18) How do I pay for my order?
To pay with a credit or debit card, click "View Cart" in the upper right corner of any page to begin check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure shopping cart/checkout system. Sales tax of 6% will be added if you are shipping to Michigan. Please Note: All prices shown on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars.

 19) Can I pay with Paypal, check or money order?
Yes. We accept Paypal, checks and money orders, however we cannot process these types of payments through our online shopping cart/checkout system. If you prefer to use a payment method other than a credit card, you may place your order by mail using our printable order form, by phone by calling (231) 670-1233, or email us at SAC@ChocolateGourmetTruffles.com . Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment is received. Our Paypal payment address is: SAC@ChocolateGourmetTruffles.com . Mail checks or money orders to: LEB Marketing, Inc - 6890 Westshire Dr, Norton Shores, MI, 49444. Please Note: All prices shown on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars.

 20) Can I use a Purchase Order?
Yes (US customers only). Simply fax a completed
order form and/or your PO to us at (231) 798-1579, or mail to: Chocolate Gourmet Truffles - 6890 Westshire Dr, Norton Shores, MI, 49444. In some cases we may ask for the completion of a credit application, and in other cases we may require payment in advance on the first order.

21) Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?  We do not have a minimum purchase requirement. You have the option to purchase as little as a box with three chocolate truffles or as many as you like and still receive our unbelievably low wholesale prices......direct to you!

22) What forms of payment do you accept? We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders, personal or business checks. Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or bank cards) are also accepted only if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
